What Causes Severe Pain In Legs, Arms And Feet?

Hi, I am a 66 year old female, and is having trouble with my legs, arms, and feet. My feet hurt terribly, especially during the nite. I get up to go to the bathroom, and ny feet feel like they aren t going to work. My legs hurt so much, and I go through a crippled effect when I try to walk. I am suffering from bad nites, I can t sleep most of the time, using various things to get to sleep, 3 days ago I got a pres. for Belsomra 20 mg. But, it is not working. I wondered if I can take a 5 or 10 mg. Melatonnan, tablet with my presc. Thanks for any help. YYYY@YYYY is the email for the 66 year old woman

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a rheumatoid arthritis.
I suggest to do a rheumatoid factor level and ERS level for further evaluation.
Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
Cold compresses can also be helpful.
