Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the pain of
arthritis of the shoulder, or
cervical spondylosis, or may be related to the gastric irritation as it is related the diet.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis. You may need to have
MRI of the neck, and shoulder.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
