What Causes Severe Pain In Shoulders And Hips Along With Abdominal Cramps?

I am 80 year old widow who takes Jakafi for polysithemia. My spleen is enlarged. I have been doing pretty good and I see my oncologist every month. This morning I had some harsh stomach cramps. I had 3 bus and the cramps let up. When I was driving to the bank around 11 am, I experienced pain on both sides of my lower jaw, both sides my hips and both shoulders. I felt my body getting rigid. I came home and had severe dry heaves - mostly yellow bitter gall. I could not deal with the painin my shoulders and hips so I took two tramadal and piled on the blankets and finally fell asleep. 4 hours later feeling better but shoulders still hurting.

I really appreciate your concern, if the pain was the main concern of yours and it had responded well to analgesic now you have to keep the condition under watch for the next episode if ever going to happen otherwise chances of this is very less likely, try to stay of away from tense situation and stop worrying hope this information helps.
