What Causes Severe Pain In The Ankle, Wrist And Back?

I have severe pain in my ankles, foot, hips, and back. It continues to get worse the more I work. I m completely flat footed and have no arch whatsoever. I ve tried many pain medicines to help and nothing ever does. I want to go to a doctor soon but not sure if I need to consider surgery. I m overweight and with these problems it s hard to lose my weight because it hurts way too much. Should I go for surgery?

Hi
painful ankles, foot, hips and back is not an indication for surgery.you are probably suffering from polyarthropathy. Depending on the clinical judgement of the doctor and severity of the pain, different classes of pain medications are availble.Seing a doctor soon as you have decided is the best for him to investigate the cause of the pain.Surgery is not an option.
Wish you the best
