What Causes Severe Pain In The Feet?
Hello. I have been having Extreme pain on the tops of both of my feet. The left foot has a lump on the outer right side. On the left foot on the top where the base of my leg and foot bend is extremely painful to even walk on. Not sure if I have some bone spurs but this kind of came out of nowhere . I ve had back surgery over a year ago and have been doing well with it

please get an X ray of your left foot , blood calcium, blood sugar, blood uric acid , RAF and CRP done.
if alcohol consumption is present then please reduce and stop it, avoid non veg.
you can try calcium, vitamin d3, B complex supplements till then.
for pain you can try tablet ibugesic.
inform us or consult your doctor the reports for further management of it.
