Recently my joints and bones in general have been hurting (I have arthritis), but the pain is getting really bad. Where do I go from here?
Severe pain in the joints and bones are usually due to arthritis or osteoarthritis. The best way to keep the pain under control is regular exercises (especially for the joints). Take NSAIDs for relief from pain, you can use pain relieving balms and sprays to feel better.
Take calcium-rich food and probiotics, stay away from anxiety and stress, avoid addictions if any, avoid static lifestyle get active. You can have get nerve function tests done to rule out any developing peripheral neuropathy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
