Hello doctor. I am 56 yrs old, 5 ft. height and 74 kgs. weight and have severe pain in my left knee. While moving upstairs and downstairs, I feel difficulty. Even when I move my knee right or left, I feel pain and it is difficult to walk. Doctor has given me Orecin-GM & Palitex but only temprary relief is there. Even Injection of tremezol or voveran doesn't help me. Knee brace is also effective for some time. Please advice me to get quick relief. Thanks.
