Hai sir my mother have bulky uterus with multiple fibroids does she requires surgery largest measuring 66x58mm over-all uterus size is13.7x7.5x9.6 shows multiple hypo to isoechoic mass lesions asub serosal and intra mural planes Her age is 46 years and she doesn t have any problems but severe pain under the foot and leg pain

If the fibroid is as big as u have u have told it is better she undergoes surgery as early as possible please don't delay the surgery
