What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Testicle?

I have bad pain in my right testicle, my urin is cloudy and has a strong odor. last week when I got up in the morning lhe first patr of my urination was blood (dark red). I am a male 64 years old with diabetes. will this go away, or should I see a doctor?

Pain of testicle can be orchitis ( testicular infection) or related to urinary bladder which may have radiated to testis.
You must get a lower abdominal ultrasound scan done so that proper diagnosis can be drawn.

Yes you must not wait, consult a physician as soon as possible because of hematuria.
