What Causes Severe Pain In The Soles Of Both Feet And The Calves In The Morning?

I wake in the morning with severe pain in the soles of both feet and in my calves. The pain decreases with some walking but will then Increase with extended walking. It seems like I am taking my day just trying to control the pain.I am not diabetic.I have some mild narrowing in my low back but nothing requiring surgery. I do struggle with gout and take allipuranal.(sp?)

You have problem of foot of leg that may be because of inflammation of planter fascia called planter fasciitis.

Tendon problem may ruled out.
Heel bursitis also cause pain during activity.
Too much pressure also cause heel pain.

Any bone spur means overgrowth of bone may lead to this type of symptoms .
Over weight cause more problems.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
X ray can done for further diagnosis.
Proper history and physical examination give exact idea.
