What Causes Severe Pain In The Throat?
My throat really hurts, but nothing else in my body does, so I don t think I have mono or herpes. I took my temperature just before & it was 36.9 degrees celcius, is that normal for a 14 year old girl? & could my throat just have an ordinary infection?

Hello,
It may be due to sore throat. You may require antibiotics after consultation. For pain, you can take tablet Acetaminophen. Continue Betadine gargle and steam inhalation. Keep yourself hydrated.
