What Causes Severe Rectal Itchiness After Treating H-pylori?

I am 3 wks post treatment for HPylori. Epigastric pain is better, but have developed significant rectal itching with bowel movements, lasting for a few hours. This same itching occurred prior to my cholecystectomy 4 yrs ago. Am concerned that I may have some other GI issue going on.

this itchiness again and again suggest some local rectal problem .local examination by gp should be done to rule out haemorrohids etc .worm infestation may be another .h pylori treatment has nothing to do with this .
