What Causes Severe Right-sided Abdominal Pain During The First Month Of Pregnancy?
Doctor I am one month pregnant. It s my first pregnancy. I am having a severe pain on my right side of stomach. It hurts badly. Sometimes it is mild. But sometimes it is painful and unbearable. It is picking pain or someone has stabbed me. Please help me.

From your description, I am of the opinion that a USG scan should be done to see the root cause of the pain. Painkillers are advised as on case basis after reference with your gynecologist.
