Hello,
You are suffering from severe muscle stiffness in the body at night. You have negative CRP and RA factor. The cause of stiffness commonly are due to
muscle cramps, sprains, repetitive stress injuries,
hypothyroidism,
fibromyalgia, lupus,
chronic fatigue syndrome, claudication, etc. Your symptoms are indicative of claudication (vascular or neurogenic). You can take tests and blood workouts to rule out the other factors.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, physical examination is a must to locate the point or area of stiffness. Get blood or other lab tests, including X-ray, CT, MRI,
myelography and few other tests if required done. You will be treated accordingly. In the meantime, if you are obese, reduce weight. Maintain healthy weight. You should get connected to a physical therapist, do regular stretch exercises and walking. Stay active.
Quit tobacco, alcohol or addictions if any. Take home made food cooked in olive oil. Switch to healthy lifestyle. You should maintain your
high blood pressure,
cholesterol level and blood sugar level to normal at all cost. Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12, folic acid, magnesium, calcium, iron, high protein diet (prefer lean meat over red meat).
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
