What Causes Severe Stomach Ache?

Hello sir, my grandmother is suffering with heavy stomachache. Recently we have admitted her in Seven Hills hospital for treatment. It continued for 10days. Doctor treated with Endoscopy. The report is like this: indication: vomiting,Premedication: 4% xylocanine oral oral spay.Gastrocope passed upto 2nd part of Duodenum.Esophagus: GE Junction At 35cms.Stomach: Normal Duodenum: Normal Impression: LAX LES.So, dear doctor, i would like to know the problem of her. How far it is dangerous and what is her condition?

Dear report shows normal only. But lower esophageal sphincter is relaxed means she may prone for gastro esophageal reflux disease.

What about abdominal scan?? Is she passing stools regularly??

is she diabetic?? hypothyroidism??

please provide complete information then will conclude accordingly.
