What Causes Severe Stomach Pain And Itchy Rashes On Lower Back?

My wife has sever stomach pains rash leasons on her back and sides about the size of a quarter that itch and some lower back pain.has not eat any thing spicy to think it was acid reflux. After she goes through the intense pain she complains of her stomach being very sore as if she has done sit ups

Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

Noted she has severe stomach pain...
It could be ulcer or gastroenteritis by viral infection....

Following are some advise....
-more fruits
-avoid excess spicy food
-avoid smoking and stress
-excess tea and coffee not taken
-omeprazole 20 mg for 2 week
-tablet ciproflixacin for 5 days...
-Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach
-yoghurt natural treatment for upset tummy
-cucumber rich in fiber , folate, calcium and vitamin c ...It is good in ulcer....

If still no improvement USG done
If still need further work up CT scan or endoscopy needed to work up further
