What Causes Severe Stomach Pain, Back Pain And Pain Arms?

my son age 11 complained of a stomache ache during dinner. went to sleep with it and woke at 1:30 am with severe stomach pain. he ate chicken tenders and fries for dinner. his back hurts a lot, arms hurt and stomach ache is much more severe when he lays down.

I really appreciate your concern for your son, such abdomen pain may be due to dyspepsia and some time this could be due to infection just wait for some time this would be fine on its own, if not then condition may need clinical examination, till then he can be given "Dicyclomine" according to weight, hope this information helps, take care.
