What Causes Severe Stomach Pain, Excessive Sweating, Tiredness And Imbalance?

my dad says he experiences deathly severe stomach pain around 9 or 10pm. Then he breaks out in a sweat from the top of his head. He tried to stand up and had no balance about fell down but caught himself on the wall. Says he not able to think very cleary either. Always happens between those time periods. 2-3 nights for the last 3 weeks.

Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do an ultrasound whole abdomen and do blood test for pancreatic enzymes like amylase and lipase] and take treatment as per your report.

2)Do take OTC [Pancreatic enzyme supplements]regularly after every meal

Do take few preventive steps like this-

1)Stop drinking alcohol and smoking.

2)Choose a low-fat diet. Choose a diet that limits fat and emphasizes fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein.

3)Drink more fluids. It is better to keep a water bottle or glass of water with you always.
