What Causes Severe Stomachache And Vomiting Along With Body Chills?

Almost 48 hours ago, I woke up with sever stomach pain. I finally started having a bowel movement (constipatd for 2-3 days), following vomiting. Lots of chills. After 3.5 hours on toilet I slept and was nauseated following day. 32 hours in I had ate breakfast and then felt sick again and vomited. I have since had discomfort and pain that has became more steady on my upper and lower left quads. I had some blood in stool and vomit. What s going on?

Hi I think you have an infection and need to see a doctor for a course of antibiotics--Meanwhile take Omeprazole 20 and Ondensetron 4 mg.
