What Causes Severe Upper Right Quadrant Pain Following Binary Colic?

hi, i have been having severe pain in the upper right quadrant area for 6 weeks now since i had last episode of bilary colic, i get the colic about every six weeks or so but put up with the pain as have had test for gallstones but none present on ultrasound, the pain is so intense sometimes, even when i lean forward the pain from the liver area is so intense

u must get hida scan done. u may be having biliary diskynesia. hida scan will tell u about function of gall bladder
