What Causes Severe Vaginal Dryness And Fatigue?
Hi! I have been experiencing vaginal dryness, I am feeling tired and I am not sleeping well. Menopause started more than 8 years ago, I was advised to take estrogel 0.06% but I have always been afraid of hormones replacement treatments and I d love to have your opinion

It might be due to lack of estrogen.
As a first line management you can use estrogen creams for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
