General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

It looks like you are living a lifestyle that is triggering the vertigo. Avoid stress, negative people, unpleasant situation or food & people whom you do not like. Avoid addictions if any. You should continue to take the medications prescribed for vertigo.

Get re-examined to estimate what is causing the worsening of your symptoms. Peripheral Neuropathy is often associated with shaky hands, get all nerve function tests done, get treated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
