General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of hysterectomy 9 years ago, development of severe vomiting on waking up followed by exhaustion.
Since the vomiting has started 1 year after the surgery it is difficult to know the cause unless investigated well.
You do not have any bloating or pain as you have not mentioned so.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations.
Upper GI Endoscopy.
Barium swallow and meal.
Tests of blood particularly serum electrolytes, liver function tests.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and thus allow management to get a relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
