Understanding your concern. As per your query your baby have severe vomiting after taking banana which seems to be due to allergic reaction of body, indigestion and due to poisoning reaction to certain food articles. I would suggest take diet rich in fruits rich in vitamin C as it will boost his immunity. You should start with course of anti-inflammatory drugs. Do warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day with lukewarm water. Avoid giving cold beverages. Take diet rich in probiotics. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit pediatrician once and get it examined and start proper course of antibiotics. Go for complete blood count and platelet count to rule out any hidden systemic pathology.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
