What Causes Severely Swollen Neck, Throat Pain, Moderate Joint Pain And Malaise?
My coworker has a very swollen neck, more on one side than the other. He cannot turn his neck. He is turning his whole body. He has greater than moderate joint pain, walking slowly and mechanically. He is flushed and has malaise. He was also having signficant throat dryness/pain. We are very concerned. He is waiting to see his doctor in the morning. Thank you for your help.

He should get further evaluated doing a total blood count with formula and also an ultrasound of the neck.
