What Causes Sharp Chest Pain?

I have chest pain at 27yrs old Hi my name is gaby and i need help becuase i get chest pain in da middle of da night or early mornin when i wake up its really sharp that it wakes me up. When i get the pain i have to take small breaths and stay still if i move my body it hurts more n the pain stays longer.

In my opinion it is kind of panic attack, but better to rule out any lung pathology. Just go for chest x ray and pulmonary function test. And consult pulmonologist.
