What Causes Sharp Kidney Pain While Coughing?

I coughed really hard and felt a pop that felt like it was near my kidneys. Then if I coughed I kept feeling what I can only describe as sharp stabbing feeling in that same area. I then had a another really hard cough and I felt the pop again. Now, when I cough, I still get the sta ing feeling but not quite as painful. Thank you for any information that will educate me on what just happend in my body.

the most common cause is Myositis ( inflammation in your loin muscles ) , but also ( kidney infection ) is possible .
kidney infection comes with high fever if acute or low grade one if chronic , burning micturition and changed urine characters .
myositis may come with fever if combined with any infective disorder , and usually goes away by a 50 mg dose of diclofenac sodium .
you should visit your GP for detection.
