Hi,

Ovarian cysts can cause pain in lower abdomen or pelvic area. Kidney stones can cause pain in loin area radiating to back or groin area. Pain in middle of abdomen is unlikely to be due to these 2 reasons. Thickening of intestines may be due to various reasons and without carrying out investigations, its not possible to clinically diagnose the underlying condition. I would advise you to visit a gastroenterologist and get it diagnosed.

You can seek treatment according to the cause. Ovarian cyst may need surgical removal especially if its significantly big in size and is causing pain. You can visit a gynecologist for that. Management of kidney stones depend on the size. I would advise you to seek treatment of that also depending on the size and management protocol. In the meantime, you can drink plenty of oral fluids to flush it out, if small in size. A surgeon or urologist would be able to manage this condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
