Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.
In your situation the cause may be many like pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, pleuritic chest pain, heart disorder as a sequel of your sarcoidosis like ischemic heart disease, myocarditis, pericarditis etc. Therefore I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist soon and get yourself thoroughly examined and undergo some investigations like ECG, echocardiography, Chest X-ray and computed tomography scan if needed after his evaluation.
Thank you.
Regards,
Dr Arnb Maji
