What Causes Sharp Pain In The Ear And Inner Ear Infection?
I have had sharp electric shock like pain above my right ear for 7 years now , I have had scans nothing shows up , thought it was inner ear infection, then sent to guys , had ct scan , then referred to st, Thomas for nerve blocks, Botox injections/anaesthetic injections every 3 months up to 70 into area, targinact now with paracetamol eases for a bit , injections not working m in constant pain, at end of my rope with pain, please someone help!!!

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an ENT specialist and evaluated.
