What Causes Sharp Pointed Pain In Left Chest And Left Thumb?

Sometimes, in rare occassions, I feel a mild but sharp pointed pain in my left chest and immediately the same type of pain in my left thumb. It exists for a second, not very painful, but weird and make me afraid. I am male with 34 years, weight 75 kgs, height 170 cms, asian

I can understand your concern.
Left sided chest pain should always be first evaluated for heart diseases.
So better to get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes anemia or vitamin b 12 deficiency can cause similar kind of pain in chest and thumb.
So get done hemoglobin estimation and vitamin b 12 level.
If deficiency then you need supplements.
If you are having stress than avoid stress and tension.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
