What Causes Sharp Radiating Pain From Lower Back To The Legs?
Hi. I had a blow to the abdomen 2 days ago and I had a ct scan and there is no sign of internal bleeding but now my lower back is cramping and I ve got pins and needles coming and going in my legs. I also feel nauseated every time I eat. Should I be concerned?

The symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day.
If the pain continues, I suggest using prescription painkillers such as Oxycodone. I also suggest doing gentle stretching exercises.
