What Causes Sharp Radiating Pain From Shoulder To Fingers At Night?

I have experienced numbing of my arms while sleeping for the last several years. However, the pain that I am experiencing now is much different and keeps me awake for hours. I have pain that feels like rebar (metal spikes) shooting down my arms from my shoulders to my fingers. THe right arm is worse than the left at this point. I had a stress test a couple months backs when it first started in my left arm. My heart is healthy. 58 year old female.

hi mam it's seems to be cervical radiculopathy. you have to under go physiotherapy and exercises. that includes physical modalities and postural correction.
