What Causes Shivering Along With Migraine?
I am 28 years old, 150lbs and 5'9". I have a history of migraine headaches, but last night I woke up shivering violently with a terrible migraine. The shivering is a new symptom and I'm trying to figure out if it is common to migraines or if I should be concerned.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Shivering is not associated with migraine. Other symptoms associated with migraine is nausea and vomiting in severe cases only.
Generally, shivering or chills are associated with viral infections, which usually resolves on its own or you can take paracetamol 500 mg.
If not relieved then other options are paracetamol + caffeine or sumatriptan. For prophylactic treatment, propranolol or flunarizine can be used.
However, you have to consult physician for it.
