What Causes Shooting Pain Down Left Arm?

Hi there. My husband just informed me of having shooting pains down his left arm, and now happening down his right arm. Also, some light headedness. He said it has been going on for awhile now, but just told me today. He is 36 years old. I m thinking this is heart related.???

Your symptoms are suggestive of ischemic changes in the heart.I advise you to get an ECG,2 D Echo,lipid profile,hsCRP immediately to confirm the diagnosis.Drugs like clopilet,ecosprin,atorvas will be helpful.Coronary angiogram with or without stenting will be the procedure of choice.
Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
