Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
You have problem of shortness of breath and dryness of mouth in night while you sleep. You also have history of hypertension and high cholesterol.

The important disorder which should be ruled out in your case is Sleep apnea.

For this, the sleep-eeg would be required. You can visit a neurologist/psychiatrist for this.

As you have mentioned that you have brought your cholesterol down with exercises, i suggest you to continue that because obesity will increase your problem.

Also if you smome or drink alcohol, please quit that.

Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
