am 20 and 5ft 3inch tall and on Saturday and i lift up an heavy object during my menstruation and in the night i started feeling some severe pains in my upper and lower back and below my waist line and i was told to drink some sugar and water and i drunk one and a half glass and now my menstruation stop and am now in my fourth day and it stop yesterday the third day .what is the cause of that
