What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Nasal Congestion And Chest Pain?

Good Evening Doctor, I currently in Qatar and suffering from sever nose block or nasal congestion. But i do not have cold or cold related symptoms, I am having nasal block either in one nose or both the nose. At times it keeps alternating, Because of this nose block, I am suffering from breathing difficulty, shortness of breath, chest pain becuase of trying to pull breathe either through mouth or nose. I use to get similar problem when i was in india and I used to drive the bike or cook food in the kitchen, Doctor in India had told me that I have deviated septum plus allergy as well, He had prescribed for me Allegra - Fexofandine tablet, Allerfix Total & Flowmist/Flonase along with Nasoclear - Saline Nasal Spray. I request you to tell me whether i can again use these tablets or there are better alternatives, I am really having a tough time breathing & even while sleeping. I have done some research on internet and come up with ideas like I may have Enlarged Adenoids or Allergic Asthama, I would like to know your view and request fora remedy. Thanks
