What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Pain In Arm And Shoulder?

Hi, I m 48 yr old female. I ve had shortness of breath, an ache in my right arm, shoulder and that side of my chest. Fatigue that will set in and I feel like I just can t go. I will be fine and then the fatigue will come on suddenly. I have swelling in my legs. When I go for a walk I notice the pain in my right arm quickly to where I usually have to hold it up. I ve had a constant eye twitch and ear ringing all on the right side for some time know.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to functional condition better try to low down the stress, at the most to rule out some pathology it may need some investigations like routine blood test, urine test, and others, hope this information helps, take care
