What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Sweating And Tremors In Hands?

I have shortness of breath walking only a short distance or up stairs, my leg muscles hurt and get very weak just from standing. Can be sitting down and just start sweating and at times my hands just shake. I have been to a pulmonary and cardo specialist, they say my lungs and heart are fine.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for your question on HCM.
From the brief history which you have given me, i will put forward a provisional diagnosis.Since you have already consulted a cardiologist and pulmonologist ,with reports suggesting normalcy we can rule out breathlessness due to any of these two reasons.with the other symptoms you have listed,I would request you to undergo thyroid profile test.I am suggesting this because of the symptoms which hint Hyperthyroidism.these symptoms being breathlessness, pain in the muscles ,sweating and tremors along with insomnia and hair loss which maybe present.i would suggest that you do a thyroid profile on and get back to me.
Hope this information was helpful
