What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness After Taking Duloxetine?

I have been off my duloxitine for a while I was finally able to get it filled. I am prescribed 90 mg I took 90 mg and now I feel like there is something in my throat I have shortness of breath, my vision is blurry at times my head feels dizzy and my balance is off. I have felt very tired, which is not normal for me. I am usually up at 5 am, I took my medicine last night.

You have difficult breathing, blurry vision and dizziness after drug intake at night. So it could be from side effect of this drug and this drug can lead such symptoms in few patient. Your blood pressure and sugar level also should be checked to rule out other causes of dizziness. Your respiratory Auscultation and further examination also should be done and let me know if you are having congestive symptoms.
