What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness With Abdominal Pain?
Hi I have shortness of breathe sever upper abdominal pain, clammy skin, fatigue and dizziness I also had a sharp pain in the middle of my back... I was at the hospital 2 days ago and ecg came back ok.... what could this be I feel very unwell and very short of breath

It might be due to ascites with pleural effusion (collection of fluid in the lung).
Consult a general surgeon and get an ultrasound scan done.
