What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

Hello, whenever I start talking and trying to explain something to someone I have shortness of breath and start feeling light headed. When I am walking I am feeling good, but when I am walking and start talking I start feeling shortness of breath ? Do you have any idea what that cause, by the way I am personal trainer very healthy lifestyle? Thank you

The symptoms you are experiencing can either be due to cardiac problems like coronary artery disease or lung issues like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ). Electrocardiogram (EKG), chest x-ray and pulmonary function test required as an initial evaluation. Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for necessary evaluation
