What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Nasal Congestion?

I m having shortness of breath almost 1 year and even more but lately i m having a congested nose and when it really closes my breath tightens and i cant breath well like i m starving for oxygen and when the congestion reduces i still feel a shortened breath but quite simple.

Shortness of breath, congestion in nose ( blockade of nose) , from last one year , reason may be , these includes.
1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , as this is the most common cause of these symptoms. These symptoms may be due to allergy either some food stuffs or due to some allergen as in atmosphere , as mite, dust , pollen , hay , fumes , smokes, sudden fall & rise of temperature. So , if possible please avoid these reasons and allergens.
2 The next reason of such symptoms may be due to cardiac asthma , so please get in E K G & ECHOCARDIOGRAM for this.
In my opinion broncoconstriction is the main reason of your problems , so consult a physician and get his opinion.
When such patient visit I advise them to take monteleukast+ bambuterole in combination pack , twice in day.
Since this is a prescription medicine so please take consultation .
