What Causes Shoulder And Arm Pain While Having Thoracic Disc Herniation?

I have degenerative disc disease, I already have 2 herniate discs at T6-7 &7-8. My question is this, I am pretty positive that I have herniated another disc in my cervical area, no MRI to be sure, but with my experience with the thoracic, as well as 2 lumbar herniated discs. I know by now what it feels like when one herniates and where. Will a herniated cervical disc cause pain across the shoulder blade and down the arm to the wrist? I also feel like I have a constantly pulled muscle in the side of my neck.

take MRI there is little scope of treatment for degenerative problem vertebrae and with report consult neurosurgeon. can take antioxidant and omega 6.
