Hi . I have been getting like sick for the past 2 weeks like comes and goes .. and i dont feel bad like not shaky or dizzy but my throat still hurts pretty bad and i have the flu and notice little dots (red) on that thing hanging in my mouth ... i always get sick and never get better .. there is always something still in me like the flu or coughing and all what can i do ?
Hi hope you are feeling better now.You are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection which is caught easily. You will need to take antibiotics and anti allergic. Along with this please take plenty of fluids at least 10 to 15 glasses of water.Take soup or any warm fluid like tea after every 2 hours.Eat fruits and drink milk. Also if all this is happening again and again after short gaps then you need to increase your resistance by taking multivitamins and getting a allergy test and vaccination for allergy. You can also get yearly flu vaccination so that this may not occur. Also please check if you are losing weight then you need to get checked for tuberculosis. Hope you get better soon. Regards Dr Anum
