What Causes Sinus Inflammation Along With Bleeding In Nose?

I be bin takin advil 4 very long time due 2 chronic fibro my alia, cpple injuries that bin long time healing: mysterious lower left quadruple after injuring myself raking leaves 3yrs ago+rib, waist+ back muscles, tendons from serious fall Tha am still trying 2 heal, swells so much+I wonder so much f advil hurting my liver+kidneys. Bin told I have cysts on my liver that am not 2 b concerned about. Many of side affects listed fit what I feel but I also bin takin Lora zap 4 long time that I know r giving me side affects quite similar, weakness, tingling+numbness r all symptoms of fibro also so s so hard 2 know what s doing what 2 me. Have had in sonic so bad 4 quite some time, sinus inflammations wth bleeding nose+have dry mouth+itchy skin so bad.
