Not sure if I should be worried. Little confused I m laying down and relaxed but the last three hours my heart has been skipping a beat. When I feel my pulse I can feel the skipped beat. Hello,

It seems like you are having cardiac arrhythmias. It is caused when the rhythm of heart beat is irregular. Sometimes it happens when the heart does not pump enough blood in body.

You should visit a cardiologist and get an Electrocardiogram (ECG) done to comfirm the diagnosis and cause of arrythmias. Sometimes, they are left untreated if not found to harm you in any way. It may requiremanagement with medication, too.

I hope this information helps. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
