Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms seem to be caused by a gastric problem. The small amounts of blood coming out with vomiting are commonly related to gastritis or a gastric ulcer. The pain you refer is near the stomach area.

The troubles with sleeping may be related to a gastric disorder too.

I recommend you consulting with the GP and perform a careful physical examination and blood routine test.

A fibrogastroscopy is helpful to exclude the above mentioned disorders.

Hope to have been of help!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
