What Causes Sleeplessness And Headache After Waking Up?
been taking Ambien 10 mg for about 3 years noticed I only sleep 4 hours If I take 15 mg I am able to sleep 8 hours but not matter what if I sleep longer than 6 hours I wake up with a terrible headache trying Zaleplom 10 mg to get off the ambien and it isn t helping at all. headache is worse What should I do?

why are you trying to shift on zaleplon ? Consult your treating doctor or do consult a psychiatrist if you are not able to sleep with 10 mg of ambien.Sleep disturbance can be due to many reason , just taking sleeping pills will not help.Detail history is needed to form a diagnosis and to treat the cause.
